Submit your payment to officially reserve the concert date we've discussed.

(Please complete payment only after your specific concert date, time, and location have been confirmed with The Story Concert by email.)

2. Review your host handbook
We'll email you everything you need to prepare for your Story Concert, and stay in touch as the concert approaches.

Remember, you're not simply booking a concert—you're bringing people together to create memories that will last long after the final note.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations at least 7 days before the scheduled concert are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the concert are nonrefundable.

Rescheduling is subject to the same terms.

In the rare event that The Story Concert needs to cancel, the host may choose to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
